Notes for Eliazar-Emanuel b’ Nathan Nathans (Westerborg)
son of Nathan Isaac & Antje Emanuel Heiliger
[NB: in his birth registration he is stated as Emanuel Izak, son of Nathan Izak & Antje Emanuel -- on his circumcision statement he is named Eliaser Emanuels -- on his Military certificate dd 7.7.1835 he is stated as Eliasar Emanuel Westerborg, son of Nathans and Antje Heiliger, and he is signing E.E.Nathans -- connected to his marriage act is a document stating that he had given himself since several years the name “Westerborg” and rectfying his name into Eliasar Emanuel Nathans -- NB: in this rectification document also is mentioned that he is free from Military service because he has a brother already serving]
[NB: acc to his birth act dd 8.10.1811 he was born on monday seventh, half past six in the evening. So 8.10.1811, mentioned as the day of his circumcision in the Circumcision Register, is rather improbable]
