[NB: “Daniel Danielson als voogd over Sauel Eliazar oud zeventien jaren, dewelke verklaart heeft dat hij voor opgemelde zijnen Pupil aanneemt Danielson voor des zelfs geslachtsnaam en dien van Saul Eliazar voor voornaam.” (Daniel Danielson foster father of Sauel Eliazar enters for him as surname Danielson and as first name Saul Eliazar). In a later paper attached to his marriage act is stated that the name Saul is wrong, because he was always called Samuel]
