NB, death act: “geboren
[born] alhier
[= Amsterdam], weduwnaar van Marianne Manes Kinsbergen verder niets bekend”
[parents not known]
NB: both his daughters are registred with the same first name: ‘Judik’!!
[Allthough in his death act his birthplace is stated as Amsterdam (”alhier”) it’s highly probable that he is a brother of Mozes Hartog Groenteman (b. ca 1740 in Germany; d 20.6.1826 Amsterdam, age 95!?) and Philip Hartog Groenluij/Groenman (b. 1765 Manheim; d 27.12.1832, age 72). The last one was married in 1792 (witness: “brother of the groom Meijer Hartog”!) to Marina Barend Bon (b. 1770 Amsterdam) daughter of Barend Simon Bon & Jannetje Marcus Kalker (d. 12.9.1827 Amsterdam, age 87) -- cf
®3. Furthermore it’s remarkable that the last one’s surname “
Kalker” is the same as the at first
incorrectly stated surname of Meijer’s daughter-in-law: Leentje Levi
Kalker (instead of Koekoek!)-- cf her note. Another remarkable fact: his great-granddaughter Leentje Salomon Groen’s mother-in-law also has the surname
“Kalker”; Magdalena Salomon Kalker (b. 1811 Geertruidenberg)]
[NB; he may also be a brother of Hendrik Hartog de Groen (= Hartog Hars Groen) who died on 30.12.1821 (age 75, born in Germany; elsewhere his birth placce was stated as Amsterdam).
In 1812 he had 5 sons and 4 daughters.]
1816 living Amsterdam, Lange Houtstraat
1828 living Amsterdam, Marken 46
[NB: 1828 — notifier in his death act is Mozes Levie Goudsmit (age 35, his son-in-law, kruyer, Lange Houtstraat 21)]
