[NB: though sk states that the brothers Zalman and Herts are both buried near their mother Sorlin (their father’s second wife), it’s very likely that Sorlin was their step-mother. Because given the possible ages of both their spouses (Kreinlen Oppenheim and Sorlin Bonn) Zalman as well as Herts must have been born no later than 1595, which is during their father’s first marriage. Other possibility is that the date of their father’s second marriage (with Sorlin) was much earlier than ET indicates — JG]
