* NB: ET mentions the unresolved difficulty to determine which Zanwel Oppenheim was Jozbel’s father and names 3 possibles: Zanwel b’ Osher (d. 30.9.1710), Zanwel b’ Leib (d.20.7.1736) and Zanwel b’ Shimon (d. 13.7.1740) — my conclusion, after considering the details of the names in their lineages etcetera, is that most likely Jozbel’s father must be the third one. [Thus I’m linking them in this genealogy — JG]
