[NB: his birth was notified by Jacob Emanuel Gobets (age 58, no occupation, Marken 2) and Mozes Abraham Brander (age 50, no occupation, Marken 17?) — both men are common, professional notifiers -- the age of his mother Keetje was 27, which does not match with most other acts!]
7.1.1866 s-Gravenhage (death act nr 47): He notifies, as uncle (age 31) of the child, the stillborn daughter of Keetje Goudsmit (no age and no father mentioned). [NB: no other acts found on this Keetje Goudsmit — she must be another daughter of his mother Judic]
19.9.1894 s-Gravenhage:He is witness (age 59, Koopman) at the marriage of Manus Aron van Praag & Keetje Moses van Rijs (who is the daughter of his halfsister Heintje Sloves)
27.5.1896 Haarlem: He is witness (age 62, Commissionair, living in s-Gravenhage, uncle of the bride) at the marriage of his brother Isaac’s daughter Reintje Isaac Goudsmit & Jacob de Leeuw
