Notes for Judic/ Keetje b’ Levi Goudsmit
2.3.1827 living Amsterdam L Houtstraat 21 [NB: this is the same house (!!) where in 1827 also were living: Mozes Levi Goudsmit and mother (Leentje Isaac Leon), acc to HuwBijl of Isaac Levi Goudsmit]
15.12.1828 living J Breestraat 604.
9.1838 living in s-Gravenhage, Wijk R, nr 88 (bewijs van onvermogen).
10.1850 living s-Gravenhage, wijk R, 89 (bewijs van onvermogen)
[NB: from a notarial act dd oct 1850 in the Marriage Attachments (HuwelijksBijlagen) of Judic’s son Isaac it became clear that Judic and Keetje are the same person, as Judic Levie Goudsmit was stated as the housewife of Abraham Salabes (who undoubtedly is the same as Abraham Sloves, who married in 1839 to Keetje Levi Goudsmit]
[NB: in a Notoriety act in her marriage dd 1839 her birth date is stated as “march 1808” and her father’s death date as “april 1809”. Both dates must be incorrect, they don’t match with the data of other acts of her siblings, where her father’s death date is stated as “(7) february 1805”, and the birth acts of her son Isaac (march 1827) and her daughter Saartje (dec 1828), where her age is stated as 22, resp. 24; thus she must be born in 1804 -- otherwise in the birth act of her son Juda (april 1835) her name now is Keetje and her age 27, which would tally with the (incorrect) march 1808 as her birthdate -- weird case]
[NB: In her death act she was stated as “Keetje, age 64, born in Amsterdam, widow of Abraham Salabes, names of her parents not known, both deceased”. notified by Daniel Lors (55) steendrukker and Meijer Isaac Wolff (60) koopman]
