NOT CERTAIN — but likely — As he was living in april 1800 in Eindhoven, where he signed the founding document for the synagogue (in the Kerkstraat), together with 15 others — while his possible father and family were donating presents for the synagogue. — or was he another possible brother of Jonas Samuel Goudsmit segal (1739-1817) [cf his family record sheets]
